You don’t have to stick to just T-shirts! 

Choose from many fashionable apparel designs in an array of beautiful colors and sizes from toddler to adult. Caps that are contemporary, with embroidery or a laser engraved leather patch for men and women. Stainless steel tumblers and mugs that keep drinks hot or cold all day long! There's something for the whole family in that High Fives Customs can offer. With so many wonderful items to choose from it's easy to see why groups raise all the money they need quickly.  Over hundreds of customizable items to choose from!



No Risk or Inventory

That's right, no risk or having to stock items.  You can sell your club or groups logo apparel and other items without buying any products upfront or worrying about handling inventory, collecting money, and then spending time sorting items.  We do all the work :)


Here's how it works:

  1. Create a custom design or use your logo on the items of your choice. We can create one for you if you don’t have one.

  2. You can mix and match screen printed items and embroidered items.  Many times, it is nice to offer higher end items with embroidery along with screen printed t-shirts and hoodies (for example).

  3. We will help you with pricing your items.  After discussing your needs, we can help you determine if a percentage or amount per item markup is the best.  We have found the standard markup of $5 is the easiest to do, but we will work with you on pricing.

  4. You will decide when you want your fundraiser to end, and your sales goal (this is just a goal, not a minimum).

  5. Write a few words about the cause you are raising money for, along with a photo or video (fundraisers that include a photo or video do better than those that do not).

  6. We will generate a custom fundraising page with all this information, along with images of your custom items. You can then share the link to your page with your friends and supporters via email, social media, and any other ways you can think of to spread the word.

  7. People purchase items directly from the page (and make additional donations unless you disable that option). High Fives Customs handles payment processing, delivery, customer service, and other details.

  8. We can ship the items to individuals or have the entire order shipped directly to your group advisor.   If all items are being shipped to the group advisor, they will not have to worry about sorting and tagging anything!!!  We do all of that for you, all you will have to do is hand each packaged order out.  When the fundraiser is over, High Fives Customs will send the funds raised to the designated person, group, or charity.

How much do we make? 

We have found that $5 per item is a great figure to work with.  This keeps your items at a low affordable amount for people.  There are some items that you can make a higher profit on, but the standard is $5 each item. ​ Imagine how many candy bars you’d have to sell to make $500??  Plus, once the candy bar is gone it’s gone, and you have nothing like a hoody or tshirt to keep wearing, right?  Apparel makes more sense.  Most clubs make an easy $500 and a lot earn over $1000-- just from promoting a link to their store.  

 sell 20 items = $100

 sell 100 items= $500

 sell 250 items= $1250​

Want to earn Free Incentives?

Orders with 100 items or more the leader chooses one item from your fundraiser for free for their hard work. Orders with 200 or more the leader chooses two items from your fundraiser for free.  We will give your group a cash donation of $100 with orders of 500 items or more, or a $200 cash donation with orders of 1000 items or more. 


How long should I run my fundraiser?

We have seen our most successful fundraisers run anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We suggest 2-3 weeks including 2 weekends. This will allow enough time to promote your page and give your supporters enough time to support the Fundraising page but will be short enough to get the items out quickly to your supporters.

Please keep in mind that apparel is usually delivered approximately 14 working days after a page closes, so if you have a tight deadline, or an event date you'd like to have the shirts in time for, you'll need to leave enough time between the end of your fundraising page and your event date.

Can I offer more than one item on fundraiser?

We can offer up to 20 items on the same fundraising page in a variety of styles and colors.  You are permitted two designs/logos and then one embroidered design to be put on your items. 

I am not an artist; I need help with a design!

You do not need to be a professional to have an awesome design! If you already have a logo or design—this is great!  But don’t worry if you don’t, as making custom designs is what we love to do.
